The CEO of one of South Florida's fastest-growing companies is launching a private equity firm targeting high-growth lower and middle markets.
Exuma Capital Partners revealed May 9 that the team will be led by Air Pros USA CEO Anthony Perera, a serial entrepreneur who will serve as the firm's managing partner.

The Plantation-based firm has eyes on portfolio companies in the business services, technology, real estate, and consumer sectors.
“After years of launching, growing, and building companies with many successful exits, I am eager to bring my passion for fostering innovation and growth to businesses,” Perera said.
The South Florida entrepreneur has 20 years of experience as a business owner, and said his entrepreneurial spirit started when he founded his first company at 19 years old.
Perera founded and scaled Inspected.com, a remote inspection and permit documentation company and launched Hollywood-based Air Pros USA with one truck and expanded into a seven-state home services company with over 1,000 employees since 2017. Air Pros USA reported over 387% increase in revenue from $23.1 million in 2020 to $112.5 million in 2022.
This year, Perera was named CEO and managing partner of Ella Coffee House, with locations in Plantation, Miami Gardens' Hard Rock Stadium and a new spot in Davie.
Air Pros USA has consistently ranked among the Business Journal's 'Top Private Companies' and 'Fastest-Growing Companies List' since it was eligible to participate, and has won and been named an honoree for several of the SFBJ's "Business of the Year Awards" for their company revenue category. Perera was also a 2021 40 under 40 honoree.
