Coccinelle Head of International Markets & Global Travel Retail Giada Cappelletti said: “Travel retail has reported positive results facing a double-digit growth driven by traffic recovery and a stable increase in terms of turnover for comparable stores.”

During 2023 Coccinelle extended its global footprint through ten store openings – including a standalone boutique at Rome Fiumicino Airport – with a further 13 shops refurbished. This year stores are set to open in China, Japan, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

“Focusing on travel retail, 2024 will see openings in Austria, Serbia, Bosnia, Romania, Kazakhstan and Kosovo,” Cappelletti added. He said Coccinelle aims to strengthen historical connections and increase its presence within the Asia Pacific region.

Coccinelle will feature its Spring/Summer 2025 collection at TFWA Asia Pacific, with core products leather bags and small goods boosted by the brand’s new shoes offer. ✈
